Birthday Banner or Baby Bibs?

This one was meant to be a birthday card, but as I put it together the rounded banner flags look like bibs to me, so it could work for a new baby or baby birthday too

I used a simple black and white color scheme and used the B/W patterned paper from PTI for the banners.
